how does RTTF ranking work

Sorry for english question! I will train my russian more and more in the future (:

I have some questions about the Russian TT Ranking. If there are sites where this is described, i'm very happy about links (also russian sites!) and i will check it myself. Its just a little difficult to find it myself

I'm new in Moscow and i dont know how the RTTF Ranking works yet but i am very curious. I dont have a ranking yet but i will play some tournaments and than the system will give me a rating based on wins/losses, right? 

Generally:

Lets say i have a rating of 500. 

My opponent is 500. How many points do i get (for win) or lose (for loss?)

My opponent is 700. How many points do i get (for win) or lose (for loss?)

My opponent is 300. How many points do i get (for win) or lose (for loss?)

How often will the ranking be refreshed? Once per day, per week, per month or after every tournament?

Any links or sites where i can read about this are more than welcome! you dont have to write out everything for me:)

Я новичок в Москве и пока не знаю, как работает рейтинг RTTF, но мне очень любопытно. У меня пока нет рейтинга, но я буду играть в некоторых турнирах, и чем система даст мне рейтинг, основанный на выигрышах / проигрышах, верно?

Обычно:

Допустим, у меня рейтинг 500.

Мой оппонент 500. Сколько очков я получаю (за победу) или теряю (за поражение?)

Моему оппоненту 700. Сколько очков я получаю (за победу) или теряю (за поражение?)

Мой оппонент 300. Сколько очков я получаю (за победу) или теряю (за поражение?)

Как часто рейтинг будет обновляться? Раз в день, в неделю, в месяц или после каждого турнира?

Ranking will be refreshed after every lose or win. Moreover after each tournament there are some gift point for winners (but only if count of tournament participants more then 15)

About coefficient.

*(Average rating of all players at the tournament) < 250,              k=0.2 

250 <  *(Average rating of all players at the tournament)  < 350,   k=0.25

350 < *(Average rating of all players at the tournament) < 450,   k=0.3

450 < *(Average rating of all players at the tournament) < 550,   k=0.35

550 < *(Average rating of all players at the tournament)             k=0.4

At 6-th tournament and after you will lose 30*k, where k is coefficient of the tournament (depends on the average raiting of the participants). And you ALWAYS get NOTHING when your opponent's raiting 100+ points less than your raiting.
